If ever that I wasn't able to pick up my pet on time, Surrey Dog Walker will be calling the owner and get authorisation for the pet to stay with Surrey Dog Walker.
If my pet needs medical attention, I authorize Surrey Dog Walker to have it look by the in-house veterinarian.
